THE INTERPATH SERVICE - Sunday, September 9, 2007 at 4:30 p.m.
The Interpath Worship Service is where local Pagan religious organizations showcase common beliefs and unique perspectives in
approaching the divine.
Consistently one of the most powerful rituals held during Pagan Pride Week, this year's Interpath will be held Sunday, September 9, 2007 at 4:30 p.m. at the FDR Memorial as part of the larger Washington, DC Pagan Pride Day.
DIRECTIONS:
The Interpath Service will take place at the Franklin Delano Roosevelt Ceremonial Loop, located adjacent to the FDR Memorial (on the memorial's North side). The FDR Memorial, in turn, is located near the Potomac River on the Tidal Basin between the Jefferson and Lincoln Memorials.
The site can be accessed via Maine Ave via I-395 South (the 14th Street Bridge exit) or Potomac Park via I-395 N., the Memorial Bridge, Ohio Blvd., Rock Creek Parkway, or I-66. Once in the area, follow signs leading to parking. The greatest abundance of parking is located near the I-395 overpass across the Potomac River.
The FDR Memorial is also Metro accessible. Exit at the Smithsonian Metro stop on the Red Line and head south east toward the Potomac River. It is about a five or ten minute walk.
