THE PAGAN PRIDE WEEK SPONSOR AGREEMENT
			Thank you for sponsoring the Washington · Northern Virginia · Baltimore Pagan Pride Week! Outlined below are conditions of your sponsorship as well as important information regarding your benefits. Please print out and save a copy of this agreement for your records. By submitting this form, and in fair consideration of a sponsorship evaluation, you certify that you agree with these terms, that you are over 18, and that you have the express authority of your organization to enter into contract. ONE: To become a sponsor, you will need to submit this Sponsor Agreement AND full payment for your chosen level of sponsorship no later than August 30. Credit card donations can be made through our online donation form and checks/money orders can be sent to The Open Hearth Foundation, Inc. 9078 Baltimore Avenue, College Park, MD 20740. TWO: The Washington · Northern Virginia · Baltimore Pagan Pride Week is a harvest celebration to facilitate community service, religious worship, and showcase Pagan and Pagan-related organizations. It is not a forum for political action, protest, or demonstration. The OHF will refuse sponsors/table recipients and/or eject sponsors/table recipients who may not comport with the goals of the event or the OHF's charitable purpose. THREE: Subject to the paragraph above, any organization or individual may become a sponsor (or sponsor another). This applies to stores, services, individuals, and traveling merchants in addition to noncommercial charities and groups. Note, however, that per the rules of the National Park Service, no commercial activity or solicitations may take place during the Washington, DC Pagan Pride Day at the FDR Memorial. FOUR: All sponsorships of the Washington · Northern Virginia · Baltimore Pagan Pride Week are considered donations. Online donations are non-refundable. Offline donations may only be refunded upon request and at the OHF's discretion prior to August 30. FIVE: Except for the single entity you expressly designate in this sponsor request form as a table recipient, your sponsorship of the Washington · Northern Virginia · Baltimore Pagan Pride Week may not be transferred to any other individual or organization. SIX: While you are welcome to promote your organization, offer educational materials, collect contact information, sell your wares (NoVA & Baltimore Only), no food or beverages may be offered by any sponsor during Washington, DC, NoVA, or Baltimore Pagan Pride Day. SEVEN: Your participation in the Washington · Northern Virginia · Baltimore Pagan Pride Week is expressly subject to all the event rules of the OHF, the U.S. National Park Service, the City of Baltimore Department of Recreation and Parks, and the Fairfax County Park Authority. Your participation at any midweek event advertised as a Pagan Pride Week event is also subject to OHF review and must be lawful and appropriate for the public. EIGHT: Table sponsors are encouraged to bring their own chairs and tables to the DC, NoVA, and Baltimore Pagan Pride Days. Covered awnings may also be provided at all three Pagan Pride Days as resources allow on a first-come, first-served basis. Sponsors will be legally, financially and materially responsible for any lost or damaged OHF property. NINE: Sponsors participating in the Baltimore and DC Pagan Pride Days are asked to be on site no later than 8 a.m. the day of the event. Sponsors participating in the Northern Virginia Pagan Pride Day are asked to be on site no later than 8:30 a.m. the day of the event. TEN: Sponsors participating in the Baltimore Pagan Pride Day are asked to have their materials loaded out by 5:00 p.m. Sponsors participating in the DC and NoVA Pagan Pride Days are asked to have their materials loaded out by 6 p.m. ELEVEN: The OHF is offering five primary levels of sponsorship as part of the Washington · Northern Virginia · Baltimore Pagan Pride Week. These are the benefits and conditions for each level: Please Note: Vendors attending the Washington DC event will not be allowed to sell merchandise since the event is being held on National Park Service land. If vendors choose to sponsor a table at this event you will be allowed to advertise or offer complimentary merchandise or services to promote your business, subject to the terms of the sponsor agreement. Simply put, money is not permitted to change hands. Please Also Note: The Fairfax County Park Authority requires vendors attending the Northern Virginia event to donate 15% of gross sales. This donation is an additional charge above the event sponsorship amount discussed below. Pagan Pride Day staff will collect the additional donation at the end of the event. MID-WEEK SPONSORSHIP - $25 A specially marked text listing in the Open Hearth Resource Guide Promotion of your own mid-week event as part of the PPW Note: All Midweek events must match the theme and goals of Pagan Pride; remain subject to OHF review and approval; and must be lawful and appropriate for the public. ONE-DAY TABLE SPONSORSHIP - $30 Space for a display table at one of the Pagan Pride Week events in either DC, Northern Virginia or Baltimore Ongoing text-link mention on the OHF site as a Pagan Pride sponsor A specially marked text listing in the Open Hearth Resource Guide At least one group name mention in the PPW email promotions A public thank-you announcement at the Pagan Pride Day which you attend Promotion of your own mid-week event as part of the PPW TWO-DAY TABLE SPONSORSHIP - $50 Space for a display table at two of the Pagan Pride Week events in either DC, Northern Virginia or Baltimore Ongoing text-link mention on the OHF site as a Pagan Pride sponsor A specially marked text listing in the Open Hearth Resource Guide At least one group name mention in the PPW email promotions A public thank-you announcement at the Pagan Pride Day which you attend Promotion of your own mid-week event as part of the PPW THREE-DAY TABLE SPONSORSHIP - $60 Space for a display table at all three of the Pagan Pride Week events in DC, Northern Virginia and Baltimore Ongoing text-link mention on the OHF site as a Pagan Pride sponsor A specially marked text listing in the Open Hearth Resource Guide At least one group name mention in the PPW email promotions A public thank-you announcement at the all three Pagan Pride Day events Promotion of your own mid-week event as part of the PPW Vendors: Please see note above regarding the Washington, DC event. MAJOR EVENT SPONSORSHIP - $300 One reserved parking spot for your organization at the Baltimore and Northern Virginia PPDs. (sorry, we have no control over DC parking) A half-page advertisement in the Open Hearth Resource Guide (a $60 value) Space for a display table at all three of the Pagan Pride Week events in DC, Northern Virginia and Baltimore Ongoing text-link mention on the OHF site as a Pagan Pride sponsor A specially marked text listing in the Open Hearth Resource Guide A banner mention for your group on the Pagan Pride homepage At least one group name mention in the PPW email promotions A public thank-you announcement at the three Pagan Pride Day events Promotion of your own mid-week event as part of the PPW (included) "Open" group-level listing after 3 consecutive years of sponsorship (a $300 value)* FOUNDATION LEVEL SPONSORSHIP - $1200 The OHF also offers a corporate sponsorship level (the Foundation Level) which includes several benefits in addition to those connected with Pagan Pride. These include all those associated with Major Event Sponsorship, as well as: A reserved table for 10 group members or friends at the Spring Ball (a $600 value) Prominent mention in the Spring Ball & Charity Gala Program A full-page advertisement in the Open Hearth Resource Guide (a $100 value) Group name mention (with URL) in all PPW email promotions A public thank-you announcement at the Spring Ball in addition to the PPDs Immediate year-long listing as an "Open" group sponsor on the OHF site (a $300 value)* * Subject to the OHF Major Sponsor Banner Policies.
